커뮤니티댄스의 사회적 관여 방식에 나타난 연대성 연구

Abstract

Nowadays, cultures equipped with the trends of the time and heterogeneity coexist. Therefore, today’s social solidarity is characterized by the fact that it supposes difference and heterogeneity. Also, it is demanded to have open solidarity to think together, share feelings, and act together with the will of practice rather than merely living together in the same age. In this perspective, this study aims to figure out the functions of solidarity found in community dance as social concern, and it has gained findings as below: Community dance dismantles the identity of culture and participates in the possibility of disputes. The social concern system of community dance is intended to figure out heterogeneous properties that can neither assimilate to identity nor be compared with the same codes through consciousness to understand specific characteristics with social universality as a security. Today’s solidarity demands neither similarity nor identity but can be achieved through communication, so it can be understood with the social concern structure of community dance. Participation for the sake of solidarity is not nominal or physical participation but mankind’s public experience of art as solidarity to form a new network. To band together with others to form a new network means to be related with the world through individuals’ publicness as well as experience. Since individuals’ creativity is demanded as imaginary participation based on other interest and conscious participation accompanies solidarity as a new network, that is new relationship, community dance should be implemented as a way of forming solidarity in this age.
