Abstract

This study analyzed the effects of educational service quality on school image, satisfaction with study abroad life, and intention to recommend studying abroad among 160 Chinese international students majoring in dance at universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Using SPSS 25.0, factor analysis, reliability analy- sis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results showed that the sub-factors of educational service quality—tangibility, responsiveness, certainty, and empathy—had a positive impact on school image and satisfaction with study abroad life. Additionally, tangibility, responsiveness, and empathy were found to have a significant positive effect on the intention to recommend studying abroad. This study empirically verified the effects of educational service quality for Chi- nese international students majoring in dance and provides foundational data that universities and educational institutions can utilize to develop strategies for at- tracting international students and enhancing their satisfaction.
