국내 헬스케어 산업의 성장으로 생체 데이터 수집 및 활용을 위한 IT 솔루션 수요가 증가하고 있다. 특히, 고령화와 의료 취약 계층을 대상으로 생체 데이터를 원격으로 수집하는 노력이 늘어나고 있으며, 디지털 헬스케어와 웨어러블 디바이스의 발전에 기인하여 다양한 생체 데이터를 저장하고 여러 비즈니스 주체가 연계할 수 있는 신뢰성있는 시스템 아키텍처가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 허가형 블록체인을 활용하여 생체 데이터의 무결성과 실시간 연계를 지원하는 데이터 저장 구조를 제시한다.
Abstract
With the growth of the domestic healthcare industry, the demand for IT solutions for collecting and using biometric data is increasing. In particular, efforts to remotely collect biometric data are increasing for the aging population and the medically vulnerable. Because of the development of digital healthcare and wearable devices, a system architecture that can store various biometric data and link multiple business entities based on reliability is required. This study presents a data storage structure that supports the integrity and real-time orchestration of biometric data using a permissioned block chain.
