Abstract
A particle method, recognized as one of gridless methods, has been developed to investigate non-linear free-surface motions interacting with structures. This method is more feasible and effective than conventional grid methods for solving flow fieldswith complicated boundary shapes. The method consists of particle interaction models representing pressure gradient, diffusion, incompressibility, and the free-surface boundary conditions without grids. In the present study, broken dam problems with various viscosity values are simulated to validate the developed method.1. 한편 입자를 사용하는 SPH법(Monaghan, 1988), PIC법(Evans and Harlow, 1957), PIC법의 계량인 FLIP법(Brackbill and Ruppel, 1986), MPS법(Koshizuka and Oka, 1996) 등은 격자생성의 복잡한 작업이 불필요하며, 경계면이 크게 변형되는 문제에도 적용될 수 있는 수치 시뮬레이션 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 비압축성 유동의 수치 시뮬레이션을 위하여Koshizuka and Oka(1996)이 제안한 MPS(Moving particle교신저자 박종천: 부산광역시 금정구 장전동 산30051-510-2480 jcpark@pusan.ac.krsemi- implicit method)법을 기초로 새로운 입자법 기술을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 개발된 입자법을 비압축성 유체의 댐붕괴 문제에 적용하여 그 타당성을 확인하였다.2.
