본 연구의 목적은 대학부 태권도 선수들의 성취목표지향성이 운동몰입과 경기력결정 심리요인에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울과 경기지역에 재학중인 대학 태권도 선수들을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 총 332부의 표본을 추출하였다. PASW 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 상관관계, 단순회귀분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 성취목표지향성의 하위요인인 과제목표지향성은 운동몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 운동몰입은 경기력결정 심리요인의 하위요인 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친다.
Abstract
The objective of this study was to examine the effects of univ. taekwondo players’ achievement goal orientation on their exercise commitment and psychological factors in athletic performance. In order to attain the objective of this study, we used data on 332 taekwondo players selected through convenience sampling from univ. in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. For the purpose of this study, we used a questionnaire and collected data were processed using PASW 18.0. Hypotheses were tested at significance level of p<.01 through correlation analysis and simple and multiple regression. From these procedures and methods were drawn conclusions as follows. First, among the sub factors of achievement goal orientation task goal orientation had a significant effect on exercise commitment. Second, exercise commitment had a significant effect on motive, mental strength, intelligence and emotion of psychological factors in athletic performance.
