대학 무용전공자의 진로문제와 진로성숙의 관계

본 연구는 무용전공 대학생의 무용형태별 진로문제와 진로성숙의 관계를 구명하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구대상은 서울에 소재하고 있는 대학에서 무용을 전공하는 대학생을 선 정하여 총 250명을 무선으로 추출하였다. 수집된 자료를 토대로 공변량분석(analysis of co-variance), 평 균비교분석, 다중회귀분석(multiple regression) 등을 이용하여 자료를 처리한 결과 다음과 같은 결론이 나타났다. 첫째, 무용전공 형태에서 현대무용 집단은 진로문제의 대인관계, 발레 집단은 진로문제의 신 체열등, 한국무용 집단은 진로문제의 흥미부족과 정보부족의 평균이 가장 높다. 둘째, 현대무용 집단은 발레와 한국무용 집단보다 진로성숙의 직업정보에 대한 평균이 가장 높다. 셋째, 진로문제의 흥미부족, 정보부족, 경제문제가 증가할수록 성숙진로의 목표선택은 높다. 진로문제의 경제문제와 흥미부족이 증가 할수록 직업정보는 높으며, 진로문제의 대인관계, 경제문제가 증가할수록, 흥미부족이 감소할수록 진로 성숙의 문제해결은 높다. 진로문제의 대인관계, 경제문제가 증가할수록, 흥미부족과 정보부족이 감소할 수록 진로성숙의 미래계획은 높다.
Abstract
This research is designed to check out the relationship between course matters and course maturity according to the dance type of university students who major in dance. In order to achieve this goal, a total of 250 female university students were wirelessly chosen after the subjects were selected from women who major in dance at universities in Seoul. On the basis of the collected data, the following conclusions were drawn after they were treated by using analysis of co-variance, analysis of average comparison, and multiple regression. First, out of all the dance types, the average of personal relations related to course matters in case of the modern dance group is highest, physical complexion inferiority in the ballet group and lack of interests and information in the Korean dance group. Second, the modern dance group has the highest average as to job information of course maturity in comparison with the ballet and Korean dance groups. Third, the goal selection is higher as insufficient interests, poor information, and economic issues related to course matters increase. As the economic issues and interest lack of course matters go on the rise, job information is high, and as the personal relations and economic issues of course matters increase and interest lack decreases, the solution to course maturity problems are high. As the personal relations and economic issues increase and interest lack and information shortage decrease, the future plan for course maturity is high.
