북한 김정은 심리분석에 대한 시론적 연구: 기질특성의 평정을 중심으로

본 연구는 북한 최고지도자 김정은의 성장기 일화를 자료삼아 심리분석을 실시하였다. 분석대상이 누구인지 사전정보가 없는 조건에서 10인의 심리전문가들이 김정은의 행동 특성을 중심으로 기질특성을 평정하였다. 분석결과, 김정은은자극추구, 위험회피와 사회적 민감성 차원의 조합으로 ‘열정적인-연극성’ 유형으로 나타났다. 관계중심적이고 감정이 풍부하며 악조건 속에서도 완고하게 분투하는 김정은의 심리적 특성에 대해 논의하였다. 공인에 대한 심리분석의 윤리적 문제와 제한적 자료에 근거했다는 제한점을 지니지만, 본 연구는 북한 독재자심리분석의 방향과 대안을 마련하였다는 의의를 지닌다.
Abstract
This study attempts to analyze the personality of Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un which is considered as a crucial factor for the judgement and assumption in understanding North Korea. Without prior information, ten psychologists each made their assessment on the Supreme Leader’s temperament based on episodes of developmental phase. Psychologists assessed Kim Jong-un’s temperament as ‘H-L-H’ type. This study provides an analysis on personality and characteristics of North Korea’s Supreme Leader grounded on temperament type. Despite limitations on methodological aspects such as a social science and ethical issues, this research gives significance in applying psychological approach to North Korea research for the first time.
