가족가치전환을 위한 문화예술교육 프로그램 개발 및 운영 연구: 한부모 가족 및 다문화 가족을 대상으로

본 연구는 다양한 유형의 가족을 대상으로 사회적 변화에 맞는 가족가치를 수용 할 수 있는 문화예술교육프로그램을 개발·운영하고 운영한 결과분석을 통해 ‘가족’ 대상 문화예술교육 프로그램의 효율성을 높이기 위한전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 한부모 가족과 다문화 가족의 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 프로그램에는 총 10가족이 참여하였으며, 이들을 대상으로 한 인터뷰와 전문가들의 참여관찰을 통해 효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과같다. 첫째, 건강한 가족문화를 위해 가족들이 지향해야 할 ‘개별성’, ‘다양성’, ‘평등성’의 가치를 인식하고 형성케 하였다. 둘째, 예술 감각적 도구를 활용하여 참여 가족들의 표현 수월성과 관계 유대감을 높였다. 셋째, 가족들의 평범한 일상의 삶을 문화예술 콘텐츠를 활용하여 의미 있는 결과물로 도출하였다. 개선되어야 할 점은 우선, 프로그램 내용 대비 운영 시간의 조율이 필요하다. 둘째, 개발자 및 운영자들의 대상 가족에 대한 이해가무엇보다 요구된다. 셋째, 가족대상의 프로그램 확산을 위해서는 보다 구조화된 프로그램 구성이 필요하다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop a culture and arts education program that aims for the value of the family according to social changes, and to present strategies for improving the efficiency of the culture and arts education program for families. Educational content reflects the characteristics of single-parent families and multi-cultural families were developed and conducted education to a total of 10 families. The results of analyzing the effects through interviews with educational participants and observation of participation by experts were as follows. First, they recognized the value of “individuality”, “diversity” and “equity” that participants should aim for a healthy family culture. Second, the expressiveness and emotional bonding of the participants families were enhanced by the sensual art medium. Third, the common daily life of the family was utilized as a material for artistic creation, which led to meaningful results. Also, there are some points to be improved in the operation of the program. First, it is necessary to provide enough time for education so that the participating families can interact with each other according to the content of education. Second, educators need to understand the types and characteristics of participants family in order to operate program effectively. Third, More structured programs are needed to promote the dissemination of the culture and arts education programs.
