이 연구의 목적은 고등학생의 생활안전의식 잠재프로파일의 유형을 분석하고 각 잠재 집단의 개인차를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 총 834명을 대상으로 개발한 고등학생의 생활안전의식 척도를 활용하여 잠재프로파일과 개인차 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 3개의 잠재프로파일이 도출되었고, 그 형태에 따라 ‘안전불감형’, ‘안전유지형’, ‘안전추구형’이라 명명하였다. 4개의 생활안전의식 하위요인에서 모두 점수가 높은 ‘안전추구형’은 전체의 44.3%를 차지하였고, 낮은 점수를 보이는 ‘안전불감형’은 20.7%로 그 비율이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 잠재집단의 성별, 학년별 및 학업 성취별 개인차는 성별에서만 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 고등학생의 생활안전의식 잠재프로파일의 유형과 특성을 알아봄으로써, 맞춤형 생활안전교육의 시사점, 제한점, 후속 연구에 대한 제안점이 논의되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to classify the types of latent profiles of high school students' life safety awareness and to examine interindividual differences in each latent group. Latent profiles analyses were conducted using the life safety awareness scale of high school students developed for a total of 834 students. The results of the study revealed that there were three latent profiles, and they were named ‘safety insensitivity type’, ‘safety maintenance type’, and ‘safety pursuit type’. The ‘safety pursuit type’ with high scores in all four sub-factors of life safety awareness accounted for 44.3% of the total, and the ‘safety insensitivity type’ with low scores was the lowest at 20.7%. Only significant differences in gender were found to have significant differences among interindividual differences by gender, grade, and academic achievement in the latent group. The study discussed the implications, limitations, and suggestions for follow-up studies of customized life safety education by examining the types and characteristics of latent profiles of high school students' life safety awareness.
