이 연구의 목적은 아버지의 결혼만족도가 아동의 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 아동의 자아존중감의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국아동패널의 14차(2021년) 자료를 사용하였고, 회귀분석과 Sobel Test 방법으로 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아버지의 결혼만족도가 높을수록 아동의 자아존중감이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 아버지의 결혼만족도가 높을수록 아동의 진로성숙도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 아동의 자아존중감이 높을수록 아동의 진로성숙도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 아버지의 결혼만족도와 아동의 진로성숙도의 관계에서 아동의 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study is to examine the mediating effects of self-esteem in the effect of marital satisfaction on career maturity. For this purpose, data from the 14th Korean Children's Panel were analyzed by Pearson's correlation, regression, and sobel test. The results of the study are as follows. First, the higher the father's marital satisfaction, the higher the child's self-esteem. Second, the higher the child's self-esteem, the higher the child's career maturity. Third, the higher the father's marital satisfaction, the higher the child's career maturity. Fourth, the results of verifying the mediating effect of child's self-esteem in the relationship between father's marital satisfaction and child's career maturity showed that it partially mediates.
