이 글의 목적은 서구 기독교의 성령개념과 한국의 동학사상에 나타난 무속적 기개념을 통하여 한국적 성령론인 「기성령론」의 가능성을 제시하는 데 있다. 두 전통의 대화를 연결하기 위하여 슐라이터의 내적 문화화 (inter-culturation)의 방법론을 통하여 한국 종교 문화 가운데 역사하는 성령을 새롭게 발견하고자 한다. 성령과 기의 종교철학적 유사점과 차이점을 통하여 한국적 범재신론의 특성을 살펴보고 기성령론의 성서적, 신학적 준거를 제시한다. 기성령론은 기의 생명성, 치유성, 공동체성을 강조하며 신중심적 성령론이 아니라 우주 신인론적 성령론으로 동양적 성스러움의 미학을 신학적으로 제시한다. 기성령론은 한국적 성령의 개념을 “생기”에서 “신령”으로 확대하여 살아있는 영뿐 아니라 죽어 흩어지지 못하는 아픔의 영과 해원의 범위까지 포함하는 성령론으로 윤리적 실천을 강조한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to move toward the reconstruction of a Korean panentheistic Ki-pnuematology through a dialogue with the Holy Spirit and Korean concept of Ki. Using Robert Schreiter's method of inter-culturation, the concept of the Holy Spirit and the Shamanic Ki will be explored in order to present a Korean Ki-pneumatology. The peculiar feature of this pneumatology is that is it centered on the idea of life, healing, community. The wholistic Spirit of the Ki-pneumatology permeates and activates all the processes of creaturely life and leads them beyond themselves in a process of synchronic spiritualization.
