초록

This study analyzed how processing parameters—temperature, pressure, and pressing time—affect the shear behavior and adhesive properties of CFRP preforms using a polyester hot-melt web binder. Shear performance was evaluated via the Bias Extension Test, and adhesive strength through the T-Peel test. Results showed that higher temperature and longer pressing time reduce binder viscosity, promoting infiltration between fibers but decreasing bonding area, which lowers shear resistance and peel strength while increasing deformability. Optimal pressure improved both properties by ensuring uniform binder distribution, but excessive pressure led to over-penetration, reducing adhesion. Overall, precise control of processing conditions is key to optimizing CFRP preform performance.
