초록

This study emphasizes the importance of drawing forming method using press die and analyzes the effects of material properties and thickness changes on production quality and efficiency in the process of processing metal plates into various three-dimensional shapes. In particular, the drawing process was selected as the research subject for the parts of a reciprocating compressor widely used in refrigerators. This study focused on the thickness change of two materials, SPCC (Cold Rolled Carbon Steel) and SPHC (Hot Rolled Carbon Steel), and the optimization of the forming process according to them. The results of the study confirmed that the thicker the material, the more important the drawing shape and material tension are. In addition, the optimal forming results were derived through simulations using drawing punches and dies of various diameters and shapes, which will serve as important basic data for future practical applications. It is expected that this study will suggest a method that can improve the forming process and contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of related industries. Ultimately, this study will make a significant contribution to mold manufacturing and suggest future research directions.
