본 연구는 사회적기업의 문제해결 방식이 경제적 및 사회적 성과에 미치는 영향을 조사했다. 즉 인과적 접 근법, 실현화, 브리콜라주 방식이 사회적기업의 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과에 미치는 차별적 영향에 대해 조사했다. 2023년 사회적가치연구원 데이터를 활용하여 분석한 결과 브리콜라주는 두 유형의 성과 모두에 대해 유의한 정(+)의 영향이 발견되었으나 인과적 접근법과 실현화 접근법은 각각 사회적 성과와 경제적 성과에 대해 유의한 정(+)의 영향이 발견되었다. 이는 사회적기업의 전략과 성과의 정합성에 일정한 유형 이 존재한다는 것을 의미한다.
Abstract
This study examines the effects of problem-solving approaches on the economic and social performance of social enterprises. Specifically, it investigates the differential impacts of bricolage, causation, and effectuation on these two performance types. Using data from the Center for Social Value Enhancement Studies(2023), the analysis shows that bricolage has significant positive effects on both economic and social performance, causation has a significant positive effect on social performance, and effectuation has a significant positive effect on economic performance. These findings indicate that distinctive patterns of alignment exist between the problem-solving approaches adopted by social enterprises and the performance outcomes they achieve.
