국가기록원 어린이 교육용 온라인 기록정보콘텐츠 현황 및 개선방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

As demand for high-quality educational content increases, the need for archival contents for education provided by archival institutions is also increasing. This study aims to analyze archival contents for education provided by national archives overseas, derive insights, analyze the status of onine archival contents for children’s education at the National Archives of Korea, and propose improvement measures. To this end, evaluation criteria for archival contents for education were derived from previous studies, and based on these criteria, archival contents for students and teachers from three institutions in the UK, USA, and Australia (TNA, NARA, NAA) as well as ‘Archival Contents for Children’ at the National Archives of Korea were analyzed in terms of content, search, and interface. Based on this analysis, improvement suggestions for the National Archives of Korea’s online archival contents for children’s education were presented, including content expansion, integration with the curriculum, improvement of consistency in content format, enhancement of search functionality and interface.
