사회부과적 완벽주의가 우울에 미치는 영향: 정서표현 양가성과 경험회피의 매개효과를 중심으로

초록

본 연구는 사회부과적 완벽주의가 우울에 영향을 주는 과정에서 정서표현 양가성과 경험 회피가 순차적으로 매개하는 경로를 탐색하였다. 전국의 성인 201명을 대상으로 다차원적 완벽주의 척도, 정서표현 양가성 척도, 수용-행동 질문지-Ⅱ, 우울 척도로 구성된 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료 분석을 위해 기술통계분석과 Pearson 상관분석, 매개효과를 검증을 실행하였고, 간접효과 유의성을 검증하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회부과적 완벽주의와 정서표현 양가성, 경험회피는 우울과 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 사회부과적 완벽주의와 우울의 관계에서 정서표현 양가성과 경험 회피의 순차적 매개효과가 유의하였다. 결과를 바탕으로 우울을 높이는 변인으로써 정서표현 양가성과 경험 회피의 역할을 확인하였고, 사회부과적 완벽주의, 정서표현 양가성, 경험 회피, 우울의 통합적인 모델을 제시하였다. 나아가 경험 회피를 이용한 치료적 방안을 모색하고자 하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the effect of socially-perfectionism on depression by mediating ambivalence over emotional expressiveness and experiential avoidance. For this purpose, 201 participants across the country conducted the survey, a measure of MPS, AEQ-K, AAQ-Ⅱ, CES-D. The descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, path coefficient were conducted using SPSS 23.0. The indirect effect was examined using bootstrap in PROCESS Macro. The results of the study are as follows. First, all the variables had meaningful positive correlations. Secondly, When socially-perfectionism affects depression, ambivalence over emotional expressiveness, and experiential avoidance were mediated. As a result, the implications and limitations of the study were discussed.
