일부 간호대학생의 스트레스, 자아존중감, 자기효능감이 우울에 미치는 영향에 관한 융복합 연구

본 연구는 간호대학생의 스트레스, 자아존중감, 자기효능감, 우울의 관계와 그 영향 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도 되었다. 본 연구는 C지역의 C대학과 H대학 3학년 간호대학생 116명을 대상으로 한 서술적 조사연구이다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS 21.0 이용하여 기술통계, ANOVA, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient 및 Multiple regression analysis를 사용하였다. 자료수집은 2017년 10월부터 2017년 12월까지 하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 일반적 특성에 따른 우울의 차이는 없었고, 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인은 스트레스(β=0.246, p=.000), 자기효능감(β=-.170, p=.000), 자아존중감(β=-.131 p=.000)순으로 확인되었다. 간호대학생의 우울을 예방하기 위해서는 우울의 원인과 우울수준을 심층적으로 사정하고 우울을 감소시켜 정서적 건강문제를 위협하는 대처방안을 모색해야 할 것이다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between depression and stress self-esteem, self-efficacy and nursing students influence factors. This study is a descriptive research study of 116 nursing college students in 3rd graders at two c, h colleges in c area. The data were analyzed by SPSS/WIN 21.0 program, descriptive statistics, ANOVA, t-test, and Pearson correlation coefficient calculation and multiple regression analysis. Data collection took place from October 2017 to December 2017. The factors affecting depression were stress (β=0.246, p=.000), self-efficacy(β=-.170, p=.000) and self-esteem(β=-.131, p=.000). In order to prevent depression in nursing college students, it is necessary to investigate the cause of depression and the degree of depression, and to reduce the depression and find ways to counteract emotional health problems.
