본 연구에서는 우리나라의 디지털 고용서비스 구축상황을 분석하고 해외사례와 최신 디지털 기술의 발전 동향을 토대로 디지털 고용서비스의 지속적인 고도화 및 발전 방향을 제시한다. 벨기에, 호주, 영국, 독일, 프랑스, 미국 등 주요 국가의 구체적인디지털화 추진전략과 현황을 알아본다. 그리고 우리나라 디지털 고용서비스의 발전방안을 제시하기 위해 AI, 빅데이터 등을 활용한 디지털 고용서비스를 통해 개인별·맞춤형 고용서비스, 데이터 개방과 민관협업 확대 등을 통해 궁극적으로 온라인 고용센터로 디지털 고용서비스 확대 방안을 제시한다.
Abstract
This study analyzes the construction status of digital employment services in Korea and presents the direction of continuous advancementand development of digital employment services based on overseas cases and the latest digital technology developmenttrends. Find out the specific digitalization promotion strategies and current status of major countries such as Belgium, Australia,the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and the United States. In addition, in order to present a plan for the development of digitalemployment services in Korea, we will propose a plan to expand digital employment services to online employment centers throughindividual and customized employment services, data openness, and expansion of public-private collaboration through digital employmentservices using AI and big data.
