현재 인공지능 기술은 다양한 분야에서 혁신을 주도하고 있지만, 대규모 개인정보 처리로 인한 데이터 유출‧오용‧남용, 적대적 공격 등과 같은 시스템 취약점이 보고되는 가운데 프라이버시 침해에 대한 우려의 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 본 논문은 인공지능 서비스에서 발생하는 프라이버시 침해 공격 기술을 체계적으로 분석하고, 데이터 수집‧학습‧추론‧운영 전 주기에 걸친 프라이버시 보호 방안을 제안한다. 본 연구 결과는 인공지능 시스템의 개발과 활용 과정에서 안전하고 신뢰 가능한 인공지능 서비스 생태계 구축을 위한 정책적‧기술적 해결책 마련에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) technology is driving innovation across various fields. However, concerns about privacy violationsare growing amid reports of system vulnerabilities, such as data leaks, misuse, and abuse due to large-scale personal informationprocessing, as well as adversarial attacks. This paper systematically analyzes privacy-invading attack techniques in AI services andproposes privacy protection measures across the entire lifecycle of data collection, learning, inference, and operation. The findingsof this study are expected to contribute to developing policy and technical solutions for building a safe and reliable AI service ecosystemduring the development and utilization of AI systems.
