This research was performed to explore the changes of hand and foot temperatures and the difference between left and right foot/hand temperature before and after the foot reflexology treatment, which operated 60 minutes session, 2 times a week for 10 weeks. The objects were middle-aged women who complain of frozen hand/foot. The results were as followed: In the foot reflexology group, the left/right hand temperature was increased significantly (p .001) and the temperature difference was decreased significantly (p .001). The left (p .001) and right (p .01) foot temperatures were significantly increased and the temperature difference between left and ?right foot was decreased significantly (p .001). There was no significant difference found before and after the treatment in control group. A significant difference emerged after the treatment between foot reflexology group and control group.
