전문가 심층인터뷰 조사와 분석을 통한 지역의 자율주행과제 도출방법 연구

Abstract

The paper aims to develop and present a method to derive a task of transportation operation management to be prepared by Gyeonggi-do to cope with the increase of autonomous vehicle operation in the future. As autonomous vehicle is not commercialized on the road yet, the policy to support the industrial development is currently emphasized. Transportation operation management is required with the viewpoint of mobility service when autonomous vehicle operation increases. The Delphi technique of the in-depth interview of relevant experts is used for deriving the policy measures. The readiness index of autonomous deriving and the supporting policy per test operation area are considered to derive the tasks, and the necessity for being pushed by Gyeonggi-do and its feasibility are respectively evaluated by 5-point scale. Given the analysis results of expert evaluation, 22 tasks from 4 divisions including infrastructure, policy, technology innovation, and social receptivity are selected and suggested in a stepwise manner of implementation. It is expected to derive more reasonable solutions and react to the policy supports if the suggested method is applied to the preparation of the policy in the new field like autonomous driving.
