대학 축구 선수들의 팀 자신감이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향: 개인 자신감의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 국내 대학 축구 선수들이 지니는 팀 자신감과 개인 자신감이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향력을 검증하는데 있다. 특히 팀 수준에서의 자신감이 선수 개개인의 자신감을 완전 매개체로 하여 혁신성과를 높 이는 과정을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 148부의 서베이를 최종 분석에 활용하였으며 Lisrel 9.2 를 활용하여 문항의 타당도 값(CFA, AVE, CR)을 구한 후 SPSS 21.0을 통해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 나온 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 선수들이 소속 팀에 대해 느끼는 팀 자신감은 선수 개개인의 자신 감에 정(+)적 영향을 행사하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 선수들의 개인 자신감은 혁신성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 대학 축구 선수들의 개인 자신감은 선수들의 팀 자신감과 혁신성과를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 집단 스포츠 맥락에서 선수들이 지니는 팀 자신감 의 고양을 통한 개인 자신감의 증대가 대학 축구팀 선수들의 혁신성과로 이어질 수 있음을 시사하는 바이다.

Abstract

This study was to investigate the effects of team confidence of Korean university football players on innovative performance. We specifically focused on examining the mediation effect of self-confidence between team confidence and innovative performance. To test hypotheses, we used 148 surveys for the data analysis. Regression analysis was conducted using SPSS 21.0 and Lisrel 9.2 was employed for CFA, AVE, and CR. The results of this study were as follows: first, team confidence of university football players had a positive effect on players’ self-confidence. Second, players’ self-confidence had a positive effect on players’ innovative performance. Third, players’ self-confidence fully mediated the relationship between team confidence and players’ innovative performance. The study implied that players’ self confidence through elevated team confidence results in enhancing innovative performance of university football players.
