고령화된 지적장애인의 성공적 노화를 위한 운동 중재의 체계적 문헌 고찰

본연구의 목적은 국내ㆍ외에서 발표된 고령화된 지적장애인의 성공적 노화를 위한 운동 중재 연구를 체계적으로 고찰하고 분석하여 국내 고령화된 지적장애인의 성공적 노화를 위한 운동 중재 프로그램 방향을 제안하는 것이다.이를 위해 최근 10년간(2013~2023년)국내ㆍ외에서 발표된 고령화된 지적장애인에게 운동 중재 프로그램을 적용한 연구를 체계적 문헌 고찰에서 사용하는 PICO 방식을 적용하여 분석 준거에 따라 선정하고 그 현황을 분석하였다. 그 결과 국내의 경우 고령화된 지적장애인을 대상으로 운동 중재를 실시한 연구는 2편으로 확인되었다.국외의 경우 9편의 연구를 파악하였다.운동 중재 프로그램은 심리 운동,승마운동,낙상예방을 위한 복합운동,보행운동,건강 행동 증진을 위한 프로그램으로 구분되었으며,심리ㆍ사회,신체조성,체력(근력,심폐지구력,유연성), 보행 수준,낙상 빈도,균형 및이동성 및균형,신체활동 수준을 변인으로 하여 운동 중재를적용한 결과 긍정적인 변화가 있었음을 규명하고 있었다.이러한 결과를 반영하여 향후 국내의 고령화된 지적장애인의 성공적인 노화를 위한 운동 중재 연구의 필요성과 방향성을 제안하고,운동 중재 프로그램에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to systematically review and analyze exercise intervention programs, designed for the ageing with intellectual disability(AID) in Korea and the other countries. A research review of exercise intervention published between 2013 and 2023 was conducted by PICO method. Consequently, there were two studies conducted in domestic and nine studies were conformed from international research. A various types of exercise such as psychomotor exercise, horseback riding, comprehensive exercise for fall prevention, walking, and programs for promoting health behavior were confirmed. These interventions were applied with various outcome variable such as psychosocial aspects, body composition, physical fitness, walking ability, fall frequency, balance, mobility, and physical activity level. Based on these results, the necessity of a study on exercise intervention for the AID in Korea was proposed, and the implications of the exercise intervention program for AID were discussed.
