중등 교사의 긍정심리자본 및 자기주도 학습능력이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 중등 교사의 긍정심리자본 및 자기주도 학습능력이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 긍정심리자본과 자기주도 학습능력, 직무만족도의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 차이점, 긍정심리자본과 자기주도 학습능력 간의 상관관계, 긍정심리자본과 자기주도 학습능력이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 대해서 연구를 진행하였다. 연구방법으로 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 독립표본 t-검정과 일원분산분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중등 교사의 긍정심리자본은 최종 학력이 높은 경우와 중학교에 근무하는 경우, 경력이 가장 많은 경우에 높게 나타났고, 자기주도 학습능력은 최종 학력이 높은 경우와 중학교에 근무하는 경우에 높게 나타났으며, 직무만족도는 최종 학력이 높은 경우, 중학교에 근무하는 경우, 공립에 근무하는 경우에 높았다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본과 자기주도 학습능력은 정적(+) 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사들의 긍정심리자본과 자기주도 학습능력이 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 자기주도 학습능력보다 긍정심리자본이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향이 더 크게 나타났다.

Abstract

This study aims to explore impacts of secondary school teachers’ positive psychological capital and self-directed learning ability affecting their job satisfaction. For this, the differences according to demographic characteristics of positive psychological capital, self-directed learning ability and job satisfaction, the correlation between positive psychological capital and self-directed learning ability and impacts on job satisfaction of positive psychological capital and self-directed learning ability were examined. SPSS 18.0 programme was used for statistical analyses and independent sample t-Test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were conducted for them. The study results are as follows: first, secondary school teachers’ positive psychological capital showed high in the cases of high in the highest level of education, working in a middle school, and having the longest teaching period, self-directed learning ability high in cases of high in the highest level of education and working in a middle school and job satisfaction high in cases of high in the highest level of education, working in a middle school and working in a public school. Second, it was shown that the correlation between positive psychological capital and self-directed learning ability was positive(+). Third, teachers’ positive psychological capital and self-directed learning ability meaningfully effected on job satisfaction and positive psychological capital than self-directed learning ability had stronger impacts on job satisfaction.
