토픽모델링을 적용한 국내 학생 평가 연구 동향 분석

본 연구는 최근 10년 동안의 국내 학생 평가와 관련된 논문을 분석함으로써 학생 평가 연구 동향을 살펴보고 추후연구 방향을 모색하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구를 위하여 한국학술정보서비스에서 2012년 1월부터 2021년 12월까지 학생 평가와 관련한 논문 총 939편을 수집하였다. 이를 대상으로 LDA 토픽모델링을 활용하여 분석을 시행하였다. 이후 선형회귀분석과 시기별 연구 주제의 비중 변화 등을 토대로 시기에 따른 연구 주제의 변화를 파악하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 학생평가 연구는 총 10개의 토픽으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 10개의 토픽을 OECD의 학생 평가틀에 기반하여 평가 거버넌스, 평가 과정, 평가 결과 활용, 교사의 평가 역량으로 범주화하였으며, 2015 개정 교육과정 적용 전과 후로 나누어 시간의 흐름에 따른연구 동향을 살펴보았다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 국내 학생 평가의 연구 동향을 정리하고 향후 학생 평가 연구를 위한교육적 시사점을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study was carried out to examine student evaluation research trends and to set future research directions by analyzing papers on student evaluation published in Korea over the last ten years. For the study, 939 papers on student evaluation published from January 2012 to December 2021 were collected from the Korea Academic Information Service. The analysis was conducted using LDA topic modeling. Following that, the change in research topics by period was identified using linear regression analysis based on the changes in the proportion of research topics by period. The result showed, first, student evaluation research was divided into ten categories. Second, based on the OECD's student evaluation framework, ten topics were classified into evaluation governance, evaluation process, use of evaluation results, and teacher evaluation capacity. In addition, research trends over time were examined before and after the application of the 2015 revised curriculum. The domestic research trends of student evaluation are summarized based on these findings.
