볼레로 프로젝트는 원래 TEDIS의 지원을 받았으며 지금은 SWIFT와 TT Club의 합작회사이다. 원 파이로트 프로젝트의 성공적인 시험으로 인하여 볼레로네트는 글로벌표준이 되도록 계획된 웹기간의 무서류 상거래방식을 제공함으로써 세계무역의 방식을 변화시키고 있다. 볼레로규약집은 수시로 개정되는데 사용자들간의 관계와 볼레로시스템으로부터의 사용자들의 권리와 의무를 규율하고 있다. 권리등록은 볼레로규약집에 의거하여 볼레로선화증권에 포함된 권리와 의무를 기록하고 양도하기 위한 응용프로그램이다. 본 논문의 목적은 글로벌전자상거래를 확대하기 위해 볼레로 서비스와 권리등록을 연구하므로써 볼레로 서비스와 볼레로 선화증권의 활성화에 기여하고자 하는 것이다.
Abstract
Bolero Project initially had the support of TEDIS, and now is a joint-venture between SWIFT and TT Club. Owing to the successful testing of an original pilot project, Bolero.net is changing the way of the world trades by providing a web-based, paperless mode of commerce that is designed to become a global standard. The Bolero Rulebook as amended from time to time, governs the relationship between users and their rights and obligations arising from the Bolero system. The Title Registry is an application for recording and transferring the rights and obligations contained in a Bolero Bill of Lading under the Bolero Rulebook. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the activation of Bolero service and Bolero Bill of Lading by studying the Bolero Service and Title Registry for expanding the global electronic commerce.
