인터넷의 사용증가와 IT의 급속한 발전으로 전자무역이 새로운 패러다임으로 도입되고 있다. 지금까지 무역업자들은 EDI형식을 채택하여 왔다. 그러나 전자시스템의 발달로 다양한 전자결제 시스템이 개발, 운영이 되고 있다. TradeCard는 국제 무역거래에서 매수인과 매도인을 안전한 인터넷으로 연결해 주는 기업간 거래 인프라이며, TradeCard의 목적은 국제무역거래를 수행하고 청산하는데 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있고 가격효과적이며 사용자에게 친숙한 솔루션을 제공하는 것이다. 본 논문의 목적은 여타 전자무역결제 시스템과 차별화된 TradeCard 시스템의 특징과 장점을 연구하고 이 시스템을 사용함에 있어서의 문제점을 해결함으로써 TradeCard의 활성화에 기여하는 것이다.
Abstract
Due to the increasing uses of the Internet and the rapid development of IT, electronic trade is introduced as new paradigm. So far trades had adapted a simple electronic data interchange method. But since then, there are lots of electronic settlement systems invented and operated due to development of electronic systems. TradeCard is a B2B e-commerce infrastructure that enables buyers and sellers to conduct and settle international trade transactions securely over the Internet, and the objective of TradeCard is to provide a secure, reliable, cost-effective and user-friendly solution for conducting and settling international trade transactions. Therefore, the purpose of the paper is to contribute to activate TradeCard Service by studying differences and merits of TradeCard system compared with other electronic settlements systems and solving problems in TradeCard system.
