한국정부는 전자무역이 거래비용을 줄이고 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 있어서 중요한 역할을 하고 있다는 점에서 대기업과 중소기업의 정보격차를 해소하기 위한 방편으로 e-무역상사를 시행하고 있다. 중소기업에게 인터넷 기반 무역 e-Marketplace의 활용이 수출마케팅의 기본적인 툴로 제공됨에 따라 우리나라 중소기업은 전자무역시대 무한경쟁의 기업환경에 직면하고 있다. 무역환경 하에서 우리나라가 선진국 경제로 진입하기 위해서 우리 중소기업의 수출확대방안이 필요하고, 이를 위한 정부의 전자무역방식의 수출지원제도의 지원과 현재의 e-무역상사 지원제도의 현황분석과 평가에 대한 연구가 요구된다. 본 연구의 목적은 전자무역방식의 수출지원제도를 유형별로 분석하며, 최근 e-무역상사 지원제도에 대한 성과 및 개선안을 제시하고자 한다. 특히, 중소기업 업종별로 수출실적을 분석하여 수출성과를 제고하기 위한 구체적인 방안을 도출하고자 한다.
Abstract
Korean Government has enforced e-Trade Company as a method to solve the digital divide between large company and small and medium companies in view that e-trade plays an important role in decreasing the transaction cost and acquiring competitive advantage. By providing a usage of e-Marketplace which based on Internet to SMEs as a basic tool, SMEs in Korea face to the business environment of the unlimited competition for e-Trade. To advance into the economic scale of developed countries, we need to expand the export of SMEs and these are required: a support of government about the e-Trade, an analysis about the supporting of current (e-Trade Company Programs) and a research about the evaluation. The purpose of the articles is that we analyze and classify a supporting system for the export by types and present the result and solution about a supporting system for the current (e-Trade Company Programs). Especially, we want to find a specific plan to raise the outcome of export through an analyzing of the actual export by types of SMEs.
