최근 탄소 중립을 이루기 위한 에너지 전환의 핵심으로써 수소의 활용이 주목받고 있다, 따라서 수소경제 활성화로 인한 다양한 전후방 경제적 효과를 살펴볼 수 있는 분석방법에대한 필요성도 커져가고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 산업연관표를 수소산업의 특성을 반영하여 산업연관표를 수정하여 수소경제 전환으로 인한 경제적 파급효과를 분석하기 위한분석도구를 개발한다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 이강일 외(2022)의 분석방법을 기반으로 하되, 수소의 생산, 수입, 수요 및 화석연료 대체를 고려하여 개선된 수소경제의 파급효과를추정하는 방법을 제시한다. 그리고 본 연구는 개발한 산업연관분석 방법을 실제의 사례인‘수소경제 활성화 로드맵’에 적용하여 경제적 효과를 추정하여 본다.
Abstract
Recently, the hydrogen is gaining attention as a key to energy transition for achieving carbon neutrality. Therefore, there are the growing needs to examine the economic impact of the transition of hydrogen economy. In this paper, we develop a simple analytic tool to examine the economic impact of the transition to a hydrogen economy by modifying the traditional input-output analysis to reflect the feature of industries related to hydrogen. Particulary, we modified the input-output tables based on the analytic method to hydrogen economy that is suggested by Lee et al,(2022) and developed analytic method of input-output analysis to examine the influence of the introduction of hydrogen. Furthermore, this paper applies the developed input-output analysis method to the ‘Hydrogen Economy Activation Roadmap’ to estimate its economic effects.
