대학 산학협력단의 핵심역량요인, 네트워크 요인, 외부 환경적 요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 대학 산학협력단의 핵심역량요인, 네트워크 요인, 외부 환경적 요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 전국 71개 대학의 산학협력단 직원 294명으로 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다.ⅰ)네트워크(지원과 협력) 요인은 해외특허등록건수에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. ⅱ)외부 환경적 요인 중 지역의 경제 환경과 BK사업의 부합정도가 잘 이루어질수록 산학협력 수익, 기술이전 건수, 국내특허 등록 건수, 해외특허 등록 건수가 높은 것으로 나타났다. ⅲ)외부 환경적 요인 중 지역의 경제 환경과 LINC사업의 부합정도가 잘 이루어질수록 기술이전 건수가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점으로 ⅰ)외부 환경적 요인이 산학협력단의 경영성과에 중요한 영향을 미쳤다. 특히 지역의 산업여건과 지역 경제와 BK사업의 부합 정도가 높을수록 모든 성과를 높였다. ⅱ)산학협력단의 지원사업에서 ‘연구’분야뿐만 아니라 ‘교육’분야에 대한 재정지원사업이 지속되어야 한다.
Abstract
This study tried to find the influence of the factors of core competence, Network (support and cooperation), and the external environment of the University and Industry Collaboration Foundation (UICF) on Management Performance. For this study, 71 Universities and 294 employees at the UICF were surveyed. The important findings were as followings. I) The factor of Network(support and cooperation) affect positive influence to the number of Oversea Patent registrations. II) The concordance or discordance of the economy and the BK industry affect positive influence to the Management Performance(profit of the University and Industry Collaboration, the number of technology transfers, the number of domestic Patent registrations, the number of Oversea Patent registrations). III) The concordance or discordance of the economy and the LINC industry affect positive influence to the number of technology. As implied in this study: I) The factor of the external environment (the concordance or discordance of the economy and the BK industry) affect positive influence to the Management Performance of the University and Industry Collaboration Foundation (UICF). II) Financial support programs should be continued for research and development, as well as education from the University and Industry Collaboration Foundation's support project.
