B. cereus 분리주의 포자를 다음 조건으로 처리하였다; i) 0.56% 과산화수소수(HP), ii) 3% acetic acid(AA), iii) 80oC 열처리(H80), iv) 90o 열처리(H90), v) HP+H80, vi) HP+H90, vii) AA+H80, viii) AA+H90.
Abstract
Effects of antimicrobials and heat combinational treatment for antimicrobial resistance Bacillus cereus spores were compared. B. cereus strains were isolated after sodium hypochlorite(strains S-BC-50 and S-BC-52), hydrogen peroxide(strains S-BC-23 and S-BC-48), and acetic acid(strains S-BC-54 and S-BC-56) treatments. The spores of B. cereus isolates and B. cereus KCTC1661(standard strain) were treated following conditions; i) 0.56% hydrogen peroxide(HP), ii) 3% acetic acid(AA), iii) heating at 80oC(H80), iv) heating at 90oC(H90), v) HP+H80, vi) HP+H90, vii) AA+H80, and viii) AA+H90. Spore counts were not decreased after HP and AA treatments but H80 and H90 reduced(P<0.05) by 1-2 log CFU/mL. The combinational treatments(HP+H80, HP+H90, AA+H80, and AA+H90) showed decrease to 3-6 log CFU/mL of spore counts, but AA+H80 and AA+H90 treatments showed less decrease than AA treatment. The results indicate that combination of HP with heating can effectively inactivate B. cereus spores but AA may increase heat resistance of B. cereus spores.
