중등 교사교육 관련 연구 동향 분석 : 네트워크 텍스트 분석을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 중등 교사교육에 관한 연구 동향을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 우리나라 중등 교사교육 연구의 방향성을 탐색하는 것이다. RISS에서 ‘중등’과 ‘교사교육’, ‘교원양성’, ‘교사양성’ 및 ‘교육과정’ 키워드의 조 합을 사용하여 검색하고, KCI 등재 222편, KCI 등재후보 20편, 총 242편의 논문을 선정하였다. 주요 결과는 다 음과 같다. 첫째, 연도별 발행 편수의 증감은 교육정책 변화와 사회적 요구에 크게 의존하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사교육 관련 전문 학술지에서 가장 활발한 연구 활동이 이루어졌으며, 주요 교육과정 개혁 시기에 직 접적인 영향을 받는 일부 교과영역을 중심으로 연구가 진행되었다. 셋째, 현행 제도적 틀 내에서 다양한 교육 주체의 요구와 인식을 반영하여 교육과정의 개발 및 개선 방안을 탐색하는 연구가 주로 이루어졌다. 넷째, '교 과교육학'과 '교육실습' 키워드가 높은 영향력을 나타냈으며, 이는 교사교육의 현장 적합성 강화를 통한 질 제 고를 추구하는 노력으로 해석된다. 다섯째, '교사전문성', '교사양성체제', '교육과정개선'을 중심 키워드로 한 클 러스터가 확인되었다. 향후 중등 교사교육 관련 연구에서는 이론과 실제의 연계를 강화하는 연구가 필요하고, 핀란드를 필두로 한 해외 사례 연구의 확대를 통해, 미래 사회가 요구하는 핵심역량을 기를 수 있는 교사 교육 모델의 개발을 위한 체제적 연구가 요망된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze research trends in secondary teacher education and explore its future directions in South Korea. Using keyword combinations such as "secondary," "teacher education," "teacher training," and "curriculum," a search in the RISS database yielded 242 papers, including 222 KCI-listed and 20 KCI candidate-listed papers. The key findings are as follows. First, fluctuations in publication numbers were highly dependent on changes in educational policies and societal demands. Second, research was most active in specialized teacher education journals, focusing on subject areas directly affected by major curriculum reforms. Third, most studies explored curriculum development and improvement strategies reflecting various educational stakeholders' needs. Fourth, the keywords "subject pedagogy" and "teaching practicum" were frequently used, reflecting efforts to enhance teacher education's field of relevance. Fifth, a keyword cluster was identified around "teacher professionalism," "teacher training system," and "curriculum improvement." Future research should strengthen the link between theory and practice while expanding international case studies, particularly with Finland as a key reference, to develop teacher education models fostering core competencies for future society.
