Abstract

The constitutional law should crystalize the basic idea and value of the people which exist nation-widely. Thereupon it should build the state. Further the constitutional law should integrate the people in political, social and economic and not the last cultural aspect. This article analyzes the structure in which this function of the constitutional law carries out. In the political aspect the constitutional law should secure the free space not only for the political parties but also for the civil organisation and let the both search and struggle for the right will of the people. In the social and economic aspect the constitutionals law should on the one hand supply the basic condition for the working of the freedoms, on the other hand guarantee the equality in the meaning that everyone has the equal chance to the freedom. One example is that the constitutional law should maintain the balance between the parties in the labor market. In cultural aspect it has to be recognized that the minimum cultural base is the condition for the function of the constitutional law. In conclusion this article emphasizes the dependence of the socio- ecomonic integration on the political decision so that the politics should be socialized.
