초록
Sural mononeuropathy is an uncommon disease that usually caused by trauma. However we present two cases of non-traumatic sural mononeuropathy injury each in a 24-year old female due to neuroma formation and a 30-year old male patient due to inflammatory reactions. Both cases were diagnosed quantitatively and qualitatively through electrodiagnostic and ultrasonographic evaluations, respectfully. Both electromyographic and ultrasonographic evaluations should be considered for accurate diagnosis.
