이 연구의 목적은 P시의 P고등학교 특수학급에서 발달장애 학생을 위한 교내 직무 체험형현장실습을 운영하면서, 그 실행과 반성의 순환적 과정을 통해 전문적 학습공동체가 얻게 된실천적 지식을 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 협력적 실행연구 방법을 적용하였으며, 참여자는연구자인 교사, 연구 참여 학생 9명, 특수학급 담임교사 2명이었다. 6주간의 실습 주간 실행과정에서 수집한 자료를 분석하여 3개 상위범주, 10개 하위범주, 32개의 의미단위를 구성하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다; 첫째, 교내 직무 체험형 현장실습은 직업적응역량을 고려한 교육과정과 연계해야 한다. 둘째, 장애 학생의 강점과 흥미에 맞춘 맞춤형 교육이 필요하다. 셋째, 표준화 검사와 상황평가지를 활용하면 학생의 직업적응역량과 강점, 약점을 파악하는 데 효과적이다. 넷째, 관리자의 지지와 일반교사의 관심이 필요하다. 다섯째, 지역사회 연계 현장실습을 위한 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 여섯째, 특수학급의 진로·직업교육을 위한 국가 및 시도 교육청 차원의 지원이 필요하다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 교내 직무 체험형 현장실습 운영방안에 대해 논의하고 제언하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the practical knowledge acquired by a professional learning community through the cyclical process of implementation and reflection while operating an on-campus job experience-based field training program for students with developmental disabilities in a special class in high school. To achieve this, a collaborative action research method was applied, and the participants were the teacher-researcher, nine student participants, and two homeroom teachers of the special classes in high school. Data collected during the six-week field training sessions were analyzed and categorized into three upper categories, ten subcategories, and 32 meaning units. The results of the study are as follows: First, the on-campus job experience-based field training should be linked with the curriculum, considering students’ vocational adaptation competencies. Second, customized education tailored to the strengths and interests of students with disabilities is necessary. Third, utilizing standardized tests and situational assessment tools is effective in identifying students’ vocational adaptation competencies, strengths, and weaknesses. Fourth, support from school administrators and interest from general education teachers are needed. Fifth, it is necessary to establish a system for community-connected field training. Sixth, support at the level of the national and provincial offices of education is needed for career and vocational education in special classes. Based on these findings, the study discusses and proposes strategies for operating on-campus job experience-based field training programs.
