국방아키텍처프레임워크는 상호운용 가능하고 비용 효과적인 C4I체계의 구축을 목적으로 도입 되었으며, 각 국은 이를 다양하게 수정, 발전시켰다. 그러나 최근에는 네트워크중심개념(Network Centric Concept)과 능력(Capability)개념을 기반으로 국방 자원의 소요, 획득, 운용 및 관리에 관련 된 모든 영역에 적용 가능하고, 자국 및 다국적군간의 의사소통 지원도구로서 활용하기 위해 상호 유 사한 형태로 개선되었다. 본 연구에서는 국외 국방아키텍처프레임워크의 현황 및 경향을 살펴보고 이 를 바탕으로 MND-AF의 발전방향을 제안한다.
Abstract
Defense architecture framework was adopted to support interoperable and cost-efficient C4I implementation and many nations modified it to their own architecture framework. However, recently it has been developed based on 'Network Centric and Capability Concept' similarly to support not only requirement, acquisition, operation and management activities within the domestic defense enterprise, but also communication with multinational defense forces. This paper studies the characteristic and tendency of several defense architecture frameworks and compares them with MND-AF (Ministry of National Defense Architecture Framework) and proposes improvement direction of the MND-AF.
