중소중견기업 소프트웨어 품질관리 수행모델에 관한 연구

초록

CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration)는 능력과 성숙도를 통하여 조직의 프로세스를 개선하는데 사용할 수 있는 모델로 SEI에서 개발하였고, SPICE(Software Process Improvementand Capability dEtermination)로 알려진 ISO/IEC 15504 모델은 유럽에서 활용되고 있다. 그러나이 모델들은 지나치게 복잡하고 다양하여 , 국내 중소중견기업이 적용하는 데는 어려움이 많다. 또한기존에 평가모델에 대한 연구는 많았으나 상대적으로 수행모델에 대한 연구가 부족한 것이 현실이다. 이를 해소하기 위하여 중소중견기업에 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 단순한 모델인 소프트웨어 품질관리 수행모델을 소개한다. 소프트웨어 품질관리 수행모델을 기업에 적용한 후 수준진단한 결과 그 수준이 21%에서 62%까지 향상되는 효과를 확인하였다.

Abstract

CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) was developed by SEI as a model toimprove the process of organization with Capability and Maturity. ISO/IEC 15504, known asSPICE(Software Process Improvement and Capability dEtermination) is a similar method, whichis widely used in Europe. However, SPICE and CMMI is not an adequate solution to SMBs for itscomplexity and diversity. Besides, studies on model practice are insufficient compared to those onassessment models. Therefore, this research will introduce Software Quality Management ExecutionModel(SQMEM) that can be easily applied to SMBs. Its effectiveness has been verified from21% to 62% by level testing companies which adopted Software Quality Management ExecutionModel.
