Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of continued participation in practical dance on artery blood flow variable in aged obese women. Twenty three women were studied : experimental group(13), cotrol group(10). Age range is 30~40. The subjects tested ultra-sound transcranial doppler(TCD) during continued participation in practical dance. Mean blood flow velocity(MBV)․pulsatility index(PI) and blood resistance index(BRI)․artery stricture index(ASI) were measured at ontinued participation duration. The conclusion of the study was as follows : Change of artery blood flow during practical dance in each group, experimental group were significant reduced of MBV 18.6%, PI 11.4%, BRI 8.70%, ASI 18.6% during participation duration, But control group were not significant different during each duration. Reactive effects for repeated ANOVA were significant different between each group and prescriptive duration in MBV, PI. In summary, when practical dance is to do continued participation. Cadiovascular system in obesity women considered likely promote to functional improvement with variation on bloow flow velocity, pulsatility and resistance․artery stricture ratio.
