A lot of informations on the Internet to meet their objectives quickly and effectively be made available to search systematically raised the need to be cleaned. Their diverse applications, especially multimedia content services in order to meet the demands of the characteristics of multimedia content using structured information classification, to search for multimedia retrieval system should be established. In the field of fashion design to deliver the required information is the main form of data can include the pictures. Characters are difficult to express in the form of information to pass through the pictures of the fashion image classification, storage, retrieval is required. Inherent in the image meta data in the form of letters to convey the atmosphere that could relate to an unspecified number of the representative of the keyword has. In this paper, the fashion image of a representative of metadata keywords that can be configured with the proviso that the wireless network, mobile workers in the field of fashion design can share the pictures of the fashion image metadata-based classification and search mobile apps aims to develop. Developing a system for the vast amount of fashion images that can be shared over the Internet, provides a foundation in the field of fashion design and fashion image classification and retrieval provide an opportunity to encourage standardization is meaningful.
