초록

The beauty and formativeness that only humans can have, from skeletons, structures and muscles of the human body, have been an essential expression of art. Especially, fashion is a sculpture space on the human body that is closely related to the human body, which is easily found in fashion cases that not only take into account the human body's characteristics, but also apply the human body itself as a motif. In previous or existing fashion studies, external exposed body elements, such as body contours and faces were often used to as the motifs. In this study, I studied knit fashion design using cell images of the human body. The cells are in different field from the external visual motifs of the human body as it is such as a mysterious area that cannot be seen or touched easily in everyday life. The aim for the study is to discover the compositions of the human’s internal body by applying cell images to the fashion sector and to expand its expression area. A Bird-eye jacquard knitting machine was used to express the shape of cells clearly. Moreover, I have combined hand knitting skills with knitting machine techniques to bring out the details of the cells and it showed differentiation from previous researches.
