신학교는 인간 양성, 그리스도인 양성, 사제 양성이라는 삼중 구조를 갖고, 신학생들을 성숙한 인간, 성숙한 그리스도인, 그리고 성숙한 사제로 양성하고 있다. 그러나 신학생들은 사제로 양성되는 동안 여러 가지 한계 때문에 갈등 상황에 빠지곤 한다. 이런 신학생들에게 도움을 줄 수 있는 것이 영성상담이다. 본 고는 신학생들을 위한 영성상담기법에 관계 중심적이고 해결중심적인 상담의 방법을 적용하였다. 이를 위해 본 고는 2장에서 신학교의 교육목표를 성찰하고, 3장에서 신학생들을 위한 영성상담의 필요성을 제시였다. 그리고 4장에서는 신학생들을 위한 영성상담의 과정과 그 기법을 기술하였다. 신학생들을 위한 영성상담의 과정과 방법은 1) 관계 형성하기, 2) 경청하고 변화에 주목하기, 3) 명확한 비전과 목표세우기, 4) 지원적인 피드백을 제공하기, 5) 변화를 강조하기 순으로 전개된다. 본 고가 제시한 이러한 영성상담의 방법은 실험적인 것이다. 하나의 모델이 생겨나면 사람들은 이것을 현장에 적용하게 되고, 적용하는 과정에서 수정되고 보완되며 그 모델을 발전시킬 수 있다고 본다. 현장에 있는 영성지도신부들이 본 고가 제시한 영성상담방법을 사용해보면서 이를 바탕으로 자기만의 효과적인 영성상담방법을 발전시켜가기를 희망한다.
Abstract
In aiming at the threefold goal, namely, educating men, Christians, seminarians, seminaries try to raise mature men, faithful Christians, and self-dependent priests. Seminarians, while they are educated to be priests in the seminary, have many difficulties that are caused by the extraordinary environment of the seminary. In resolving these difficulties, spiritual counseling has to be entertained. In this paper, we examined the goals of the seminary in the second chapter; and in the third chapter, showed the necessities of the spiritual directions for the seminarians. In the fourth chapter, we described the process and techniques of the spiritual counseling for the seminarians. The process and techniques of the spiritual counseling for the seminarians should develop this way: building relationships, listening and observing the changes of the clients, building some clear visions and goals, providing the clients with some helpful feedbacks, and finally, the changes of the clients. The process and the techniques of the spiritual counseling for the seminarians shown in this paper, are somehow experimental. Nevertheless, if we have one good model for the spiritual counseling out of some experiments, we are able to apply this model to any seminaries with the feedbacks that are drawn from the process of applicating the model in the fields. As a result, we will fully develop this model as we resolve some problems. I hope that the spiritual counsellors in the seminaries employ this model, and will develop their own models of the spiritual counseling for the seminarians.
