In the present paper, we introduce two subclasses of mero- morphic p-valent functions de ned on the punctured unit disk and ob- tain some inclusion relationships and other interesting properties. The concept of neighbourhood of analytic functions is extended and applied to meromorphically p-valent functions considered here. Some results on Hadamard product are also obtained.

Abstract
