『鄕藥集成方』에 引用된 『御藥院方』 硏究

Abstract

Objective : Printed in early Chosun dynasty Hyangyakjipseongbang quoted several medical booksthat were published at that time. Yuyaoyuanfang was printed in Yuan dynasty, Chinaand imported to Chosun dynasty. However, Yuyaoyuanfang was vanished in historyand another Yuyaoyuanfang, which is now-exist[Guisixinkan-Yuyaoyuanfang], wasprinted in Japan. In Hyangyakjipseongbang, Yuyaoyuanfang are mentioned 31 timesbut Yuyaoyuanfang quoteded in Hyangyakjipseongbang is quite different fromGuisixinkan-Yuyaoyuanfang. Therefore, we had interests of those differences andtried to find out them in article. Method : We use the method of comparing quotations of Yuyaoyuanfang inHyangyakjipseongbang with Guisixinkan-Yuyaoyuanfang. Result : 4 of 31 prescriptions of Yuyaoyuanfang quoteded in Hyangyakjipseongbang does notexist in Guisixinkan-Yuyaoyuanfang and several parts such as symtoms, herbs, takingmethods of prescriptions are different from each other. Conclusion : Hyangyakjipseongbang prove the fact that Guisixinkan-Yuyaoyuanfang is not originalform of Yuyaoyuanfang.
