본 연구는 지속가능성 개념이 여전히 모호한 패션분야에서 1)지속가능성 개념과 2)패션 제품의 라이프 사이클을 통해 감성적 디자인이 패션 제품의 지속가능성에 미치는 영향력을 파악하였다. 이와 함께, 현재 감성적인 디자인을 통한 지속가능한 패션 제품 프로세스를 성공적으로 추진하고 있는 사례를 살펴보았으며 마지막으로 패션 제품의 라이프 사이클 개입을 통한 감성적 디자인의 지속가능 모델 제안을 그 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법은 먼저, 현재 세계적인 거대 담론으로 떠오르고 있는 지속가능성(Sustainability)에 대한 개념을 정확하게 파악하기 위해 문헌 연구로 그 의미를 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 패션에서의 지속 가능성 개념을 고찰하였다. 분석의 대상은 2010년 이후부터 2014년 현재까지, 기업과 전문 디자이너가 진행하고 있는 지속가능한 패션 디자인의 사례 고찰하였다. 그 가운데, 감성적인 디자인을 주체적으로 전개하고 있는 대표적인 사례를 4가지로 분류하고 이에 따른 성공적인 시행 과정을 최종 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 지속가능한 개념 안에서 감성적 패션 디자인은 순환형의 라이프 사이클을 가지고 있었다. 지속가능한 감성적 디자인이 실질적으로 시너지 효과를 낼 수 있기 위해서는 디자이너에게는 기존 보다 더욱 창의적인 아이디어와 기업에는 경제․환경․사회적 요인이 균형을 이룬 새로운 복지 모델의 활용이 요구된다.
Abstract
This study about sustainability of fashion is still an ambiguous area, shows 1)sustainability concept and 2)an influence of emotional design to sustainability of fashion product via fashion products' life-cycle. In addition, it does recently successful cases of emotional design through sustainable fashion product process. Finally, the purpose of this study offers the sustainable model of emotional design via fashion product life-cycle. In the methodology, this study has investigated sustainability of fashion based on literature study for understanding sustainablity concept as a main argument of general areas. The objects were the cases of fashion companies and professional designers in sustainable fashion design from 2010 till 2014. This study finally analyzed significant successful procedures for emotional design in 4 categories as representative cases. The result of study in the concept of sustainability shows emotional sustainable design to be in circulation style of life-cycle. The sustainable emotional design to be more various synergy effects, requires a designer to be more creative and a company to use a new welfare model for making a balance of Economic, Environment and Social elements.
