장애인 의복 개발 활성화를 위한 국내 장애인 의복 개발 연구에 관한 체계적 고찰

연구배경 국내에서 장애인들이 계속 늘어남에 따라 의복이 필요한 장애인의 수요 또한 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 장애인 의복 개발에 대해 연구한 국내 논문을 수집하여 4가지 영역으로 나누어 분석함으로써 국내에서 장애인을 위한 의복 개발이 활성화되는데 기여하고자 한다. 연구방법 2012년부터 2021년 12월까지 총 36편의 논문이 수집되었으며, 2번의 스크리닝 과정을 거쳐 최종적으로 5개의 논문이 선정되었다. 연구결과 결과는 체형, 고려사항, 개선점, 디자인의 4분야로 나누어서 알아보았다. 첫째, 의복 체형은 상지의 경우 보통체형(A)가 제일 많았고, 하지의 경우 허리가 굵은 체형(B)가 제일 많았다. 둘째, 의복 구매 시 고려사항 중 기능성 및 실용성의 측면에서는 착의 및 탈의의 편리성을 제일 많이 고려하는 것으로, 심미성의 측면에서는 장애 부위 커버성을 제일 많이 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 의복 개선점 중 상의는 재킷길이, 하의는 바지 길이에 대한 불편사항이 제일 많았다. 그리고 수선부위가 필요한 부위로 상의는 소매길이, 하의는 바지 길이라는 의견이 제일 많았다. 넷째, 의복 디자인 중 색상은 무채색, 트임 디자인은 앞트임, 여밈 디자인은 단추, 끝처리 디자인은 아무것도 처리하지 않는 것을 제일 선호하였다. 결론 본 연구는 장애인 의복 개발과 관련한 연구들을 분석하고 파악할 수 있었다는데 의의가 있으며, 관련 연구를 위한 기초자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
Background As the number of people with disabilities continues to increase in Korea, and the demand for people with disabilities who need clothes is also increasing. The purpose of this study is to contribute to vitalizing the development of clothing for the disabled in Korea by collecting domestic study on the development of clothing for the disabled and analyzing them in 4 areas. Methods A total of 36 studies were included from 2012 to December 2021 and through the two process for screening, 5 studies were finally selected for review. Result The results were divided into 4 areas: body type, considerations, improvement points, and design. First, as for the clothing body type, the upper extremities was the most normal body type (A), and the lower extremities was the most thick waist type (B). Second, among the considerations when purchasing clothes, it was found that, in terms of functionality and practicality, most considers the convenience of putting on and taking off, and in terms of esthetic, most considers the coverage of the disability area. Third, among the clothes improvement points, the most complaints about the jacket length for the upper and the length of the pants for the lower were the most. And the most common opinions were that the upper part was sleeve length and the lower part was Pants length as the part that needed repair. Fourth, among the clothing designs, the most preferred was the achromatic color, the adjustment location design was the front adjustment, the fastening design was a button, and the finishing design was nothing. Conclusion This study is meaningful in that it was able to analyze and grasp studies related to the development of clothing for the disabled, and it will be used as basic data for study related to the development of clothing for the disabled.
