전후 일본보수정치와 평화헌법: 평화헌법의 출현, 존재방식, 의의에 대한 비판적 연구

Abstract

Critical Analysis on the Appearance, Existence and Meaning of the Japanese Peace Constitution Lee, Sang-Bong (Pusan National University) With great victory of the general election in sep. 2005 as a momentum, the ruling party LDP(Liberal Democracy Party) is recently putting spurs to amendment of Peace Constitution. For example, LDP made publish the draft of New Constitution in LDP's 50th founding anniversary nov. 2005. With this, Peace Constitution, have been influencing japanese politics and society after it's appearance in early post-war era, is meeting face a crisis. Being based on this situation, this thesis was written with the object of analyzing the appearance, existence and meaning of Japanese Peace Constitution, on the view point of Asian Countries, especially korea. The concrete contents of this thesis are ① a special feature of the appearance of Peace Constitution ② the way of existence of Peace Constitution in the history of japanese conservative politics ③ the recent trend of amendment of Peace Constitution and it's meaning. Peace Constitution has something with asian countries, the victims of japanese colonialism, from the beginning. and the future of Peace Constitution, too, has a deep connection with asian countries. Accordingly, the amendment of Peace Constitution is not the own matters of japan.
