The establishment curriculum infrastructure linkage and governance establishment plan between the constituents of the start-up linkage were presented. (Research implications or Originality) Rather than theoretical classes learned in the classroom, the educational method of visiting, experiencing, and feeling the field of interest is more effective, and universities have experience, curriculum, and human resources related to start-up education, leading the creation of a local start-up ecosystem. If elementary and secondary schools, which lack human resources, capabilities, and infrastructure to conduct high-quality start-up education, conduct education in connection with start-up-focused universities, they can lead to the growth of the community as well as effective education.
