Purpose: The purpose of this study was twofold: 1) to examine the relationships among mental health, social support, andquality of life (QoL) in the case of middle-aged men and 2) to identify the factors influencing their QoL. Methods: Across-sectional descriptive study was conducted using self-administered online questionnaires completed by 155middle-aged men. Data were collected between May 22 and 26, 2025. Instruments included the World Health OrganizationQuality of Life-BREF, Depression Anxiety Stress Scale, and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support. Data wereanalyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression. Results: Depression, social support, and the presence of underlying disease were identified as significant predictors of QoL, accounting for 44%of the total variance. Higher levels of depression were significantly associated with lower QoL, whereas stronger perceivedsocial support contributed positively to QoL. Conclusion: Comprehensive and multidimensional intervention strategiesshould be developed and implemented to improve the QoL of middle-aged men. These should include early screening formental health problems and promotion of community-based social support systems to enhance QoL.
