교회 갱신을 위한 변혁적 리더십의 요인 분석에 관한 연구 - 예수 그리스도의 사역을 중심으로 -

본 연구의 목적은 오늘날 점점더 침체의 늪으로 빠져가고 있는 한국교회의 여러 현상들을 타파하고, 한국교회의 목회자와 각 지체기관의 리더들이 복음을 보다 효과적으로 전할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 교인들의 삶을 하나님께서 목적하신대로 인도할 수 있도록 한국교회의 개혁과 갱신을 위한 변혁적 리더십의 활용 방안을 탐색해 보고자 하는데 있다. 일반 사회조직에서 효과적으로 활용되고 있는 변혁적 리더십의 요인들을 목회적 관점에서 분석하여 제시하고, 예수 그리스도의 사역에 나타난 변혁적 리더십의 요인들을 분석하여 제시함으로써 한국교회의 새로운 개혁과 갱신을 위한 활용 방안을 모색하였다. 성경은 하나님의 말씀으로서 결코 변하지 않는 만고의 진리이지만 그 말씀을 적용해야 할 현대인들의 삶의 양상은 오늘날 매우 급격한 과학물질문명의 발달과 더불어 나타나는 다양한 사상들의 출현으로 인하여 매우 복잡하고 급변하는 다양한 모습들을 나타내고 있다. 이러한 사회의 시대적 변화에 따라 교회의 모습들도 그 변화의 속도가 매우 빠르게 진행되어 가고 있으며, 교회의 목회자와 각 지체기관의 리더들은 이러한 새로운 사회적 변화에 따라 발생되고 있는 각 가지의 변화와 위기에 대처하면서 효과적으로 복음을 전파하고 교인들의 삶을 하나님께서 목적하신대로 인도해 나가기 위한 다각적인 방안들을 모색해야 한다. 일반적인 사회조직에서의 연구결과들에 따르면 변혁적 리더십이 발휘되는 조직에서는 구성원들로 하여금 추가적인 노력을 발휘하게 하여 기대이상의 성과를 나타낼 수 있도록 만든다. 즉 조직의 성과향상에 기여할 수 있는 요인들을 강화시켜서 전체적으로 리더십의 효과성을 증가시키며, 이는 곧 조직의 성과향상으로 이어지는 것으로 제시되고 있다. 그러므로 오늘날 교회의 목회자와 각 지체기관의 리더들도 각각의 교회들이 처한 다양한 사회문화적 상황과 구조 그리고 구성원들인 교인들의 양상에 따라 예수 그리스도께서 사역을 통해 발휘하셨던 변혁적 리더십의 요인들을 활용하여 적용한다면 기독교의 독특한 성경말씀의 본질을 잃지 않으면서도 오늘날과 미래의 급변하는 시대적 상황에 적합한 목회리더십을 개발하고 발휘할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to overcome the various phenomena of Korean churches that are becoming increasingly depressed today, and to seek new ways to reform and renew Korean churches so that pastors and leaders of the Korean church can communicate the gospel more effectively and lead the lives of members to God's purpose. I would like to present a new reform and renewal plan for the revival of the Korean church by analyzing and presenting the factors of transformational leadership that are effectively used in general social organizations from a pastoral point of view and analyzing the factors of transformational leadership in the ministry of Jesus Christ. The Bible is an eternal truth that never changes as the Word of God, but the aspect of life of modern people who need to apply it is very complicated and rapidly changing due to the emergence of various ideas that appear with the development of very rapid scientific material civilization. The church’s appearance is progressing very rapidly as society changes, and the pastors and the leaders of the institutions of the church must respond to these new social changes and crises, effectively preaching the gospel and seeking ways to guide the lives of the congregation as God intended. Research from a general social organization shows that organizations with transformational leadership can achieve more than expected results by allowing members to exert additional efforts. In other words, it is suggested that the factors that can contribute to the improvement of the performance of the organization are strengthened, thereby increasing the effectiveness of leadership as a whole, leading to the improvement of the performance of the organization. Today, Leaders of Korean churches should also apply the factors of transformational leadership that Jesus Christ has demonstrated through ministry according to the various socio-cultural situations and structures of each church and the members of the church. Then, without losing the essence of the unique Bible of Christianity, we will be able to develop and demonstrate pastoral leadership suitable for today and the rapidly changing times of the future.
