신구대학의 농업계열 평생직업교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to offer basic on program development for lifelong vocational education in agriculture. The detail objectives were to identify concept on lifelong vocational education, to inquire prospective job and qualification in agriculture, to analyze need and to establish direction on lifelong vocational education program in agriculture, and then to develop lifelong vocational education program in agriculture.This study was carried out through literature review for the concept of lifelong vocational education program and college's function with lifelong vocational education institute, situation of community, prospect job and qualification in agriculture. Also this study was carried out through surveys composed of 2 groups - Shin-gu college graduated and department of agriculture professor in all over the country college.The result of this study were as follows :1) The themes of lifelong vocational education program were agriculture experiential learning program, environmental leadership program, living horticultural program, art-flower design program, art grooming program, landscape architech technician program.2) There were set up proper period, cost, the number of persons, education method for the all program, etc.Based on the previous results, direction of program for lifelong vocational education in agriculture and recommendations were suggested.
